Maria Ali (MBA – PHR)

Maria Ali brings several years of corporate human resources experience to EZ HR Solutions. As a human resources business leader, she is experienced in providing direction and leadership to the internal customer service function. She is an effective communicator and has a solid track record of building the people function from the ground up in multi-locations. She has demonstrated, consistent skills in the development, planning and implementation of programs, policies and procedures. As a good listener and collaborator, she strives for continuous process management improvement for the organizations she serves.

As a Human Resources Manager for a privately-held Oil and Gas service provider growing from a 40 employee to a 110 employee company within a couple of years, she has experienced all stages of the business cycle of an entrepreneurial organization. With a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation from the Human Resources Certification Institute she is able to provide her clients with the educational, technical human resources and organizational knowledge to create the best possible solutions to their business needs
